Introduction
Welcome to MyEvent.today! This User Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms for using MyEvent.today’s services, including online event solutions, streaming, and related services (together, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to follow this Agreement. If you disagree with any part of this Agreement, please stop using the Services immediately.
Definitions
- "MyEvent.today" refers to MyLive Solution Co., Ltd. and its affiliates.
- "User" or "You" means anyone using or accessing the Services.
- "Event Organizer" refers to anyone organizing events on the MyEvent.today platform.
- "Confidential Information" means any private or proprietary information shared in connection with the Services.
1. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Services only for legal purposes and in a way that respects others. You’re responsible for keeping your account details private and for everything that happens under your account. Notify MyEvent.today if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
2. Account Information and Privacy
Your account details and personal data are handled according to our Privacy Policy. You agree to our collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Confidentiality
Both you and MyEvent.today may have access to each other’s confidential information. This information belongs to the party that shared it and must not be disclosed without permission, except as required by law. This confidentiality agreement remains in effect even after you stop using the Services.
4. Term and Termination
This Agreement remains in effect while you’re use the Services. You may deactivate your account at any time. MyEvent.today reserve right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violated any terms & obligations of this Agreement or any other reasons.
Upon the deactivation of your account, you must cease all use of the Services, and MyEvent.today may deactivate or permanent delete your account and any associated data.
5. Indemnification
You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless to MyEvent.today and its and their affiliates from and against any losses, damages, costs (including but not limited to legal costs and disbursements) arising in connection with this Agreement from any breach of this Agreement by You or any negligent act or omission or wilful misconduct of the You during the using of MyEvent.today’s services.
6. Limitation of Liability
MyEvent.today is not responsible for any indirect or special damages (like lost profits or data) caused by your use of the Services. Even if we knew there could be a risk of such damages, we will not be liable for more than $100 (USD) for any claim related to this Agreement.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
The Services are provided "as is," meaning we don’t promise that they will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. We also don’t guarantee that the Services will meet your specific needs.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand and any dispute or claim, except for a claim seeking solely injunctive relief which shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
9. Miscellaneous Provisions
- Severability: If any provision of this Agreement to be partially void or unenforceable by any court or body of competent jurisdiction or by virtue of any legislation to which it is subject or by virtue of any other reason whatsoever, it will be void or unenforceable to that extent only and the validity and enforceability of any of the other provisions or the remainder of any such provision will not be affected.
- Assignment: Save as set out in this Agreement, You cannot assign, transfer or otherwise dispose of any of their rights, transfer or otherwise dispose of any of its obligations under the Agreement.
- Waiver: Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, no waiver by any party of any provision of or right, remedy or power under this Agreement shall be effective unless it is in writing signed by such party and such waiver shall be effective only in the specific instance and for the specific purpose for which it was given. No failure or delay by any party to exercise any right, remedy or power under this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of such party's right to demand compliance with this Agreement.
- Entire Agreement: This Agreement and constitutes the entire understanding between the parties relating to the Service and supersedes all prior written or oral representations, agreements, negotiations or understandings relating to the Service. The parties confirm that they have not entered into this Agreement on the basis of any representation that is not expressly incorporated into this Agreement or such.

- "ข้อมูลที่เป็นความลับ" หมายถึง ข้อมูลส่วนตัวหรือข้อมูลที่เป็นกรรมสิทธิ์ซึ่งเปิดเผยในระหว่างการใช้บริการ\
1. ความรับผิดชอบของผู้ใช้
ท่านตกลงที่จะใช้บริการเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ที่ถูกต้องตามกฎหมายและไม่ละเมิดสิทธิ์ของบุคคลอื่น ท่านต้องรับผิดชอบในการรักษาข้อมูลบัญชีของท่านเป็นความลับ และรับผิดชอบต่อกิจกรรมใด ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นภายใต้บัญชีของท่าน หากท่านพบว่ามีการใช้บัญชีโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต โปรดแจ้งให้ MyEvent.today ทราบทันที
2. ข้อมูลบัญชีและความเป็นส่วนตัว
ข้อมูลบัญชีและข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านจะถูกจัดการตาม นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว ท่านตกลงให้ MyEvent.today! มีการเก็บรวบรวมและใช้ข้อมูลของท่านตามที่ระบุในนโยบายดังกล่าว
3. การรักษาความลับ
ทั้งท่านและ MyEvent.today อาจได้รับข้อมูลที่เป็นความลับของกันและกัน ข้อมูลดังกล่าวยังคงเป็นกรรมสิทธิ์ของฝ่ายที่เปิดเผย และห้ามนำไปเปิดเผยหรือใช้โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต เว้นแต่เป็นไปตามกฎหมาย ข้อกำหนดนี้ยังมีผลบังคับใช้แม้ท่านจะเลิกใช้บริการแล้ว
4. ระยะเวลาและการสิ้นสุดข้อตกลง
ข้อตกลงนี้มีผลบังคับใช้ตราบเท่าที่ท่านใช้บริการ ท่านสามารถปิดบัญชีของท่านได้ตลอดเวลา MyEvent.today ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการระงับหรือยกเลิกบัญชีของท่านหากพบว่าท่านละเมิดข้อตกลงนี้หรือด้วยเหตุผลอื่น เมื่อบัญชีของท่านถูกปิด ท่านต้องยุติการใช้บริการ และ MyEvent.today อาจลบหรือปิดการใช้งานบัญชีและข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้อง
5. การชดใช้ค่าเสียหาย
คุณจะชดใช้ค่าเสียหาย ปกป้อง และไม่เป็นอันตรายต่อ MyEvent.today และบริษัทในเครือจากและต่อความสูญเสีย ความเสียหาย ค่าใช้จ่าย (รวมถึงแต่ไม่จํากัดเพียงค่าใช้จ่ายทางกฎหมายและการเบิกจ่าย) ที่เกิดขึ้นจากข้อตกลงนี้จากการละเมิดข้อตกลงนี้โดยคุณ หรือการกระทําโดยประมาทเลินเล่อหรือละเว้นการกระทำหรือโดยทุจริตของคุณในระหว่างการใช้บริการของ MyEvent.today
6. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด
MyEvent.today จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อม หรือความเสียหายพิเศษใด ๆ (เช่น การสูญเสียกำไรหรือข้อมูล) ที่เกิดจากการใช้บริการของท่าน ไม่ว่าเราจะทราบถึงความเป็นไปได้ของความเสียหายนั้นหรือไม่ก็ตาม ความรับผิดของเราจะไม่เกิน $100 (USD) สำหรับข้อเรียกร้องใด ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับข้อตกลงนี้
7. การปฏิเสธการรับประกัน
บริการของเราถูกให้ "ตามสภาพที่เป็น" โดยไม่มีการรับประกันว่าบริการจะไม่มีข้อผิดพลาด ไม่มีการหยุดชะงัก หรือไม่มีปัญหาด้านความปลอดภัย เราไม่รับรองว่าบริการจะตรงตามความต้องการเฉพาะของท่าน
8. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับและการระงับข้อพิพาท
ข้อตกลงนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายของประเทศไทย หากมีข้อพิพาท เราจะพยายามเจรจาเพื่อหาข้อยุติกันก่อน หากไม่สามารถตกลงกันได้ จะต้องเข้าสู่กระบวนการศาลที่มีเขจอำนาจในประเทศไทย
9. ข้อกำหนดเบ็ดเตล็ด
- การแยกส่วนได้: บทบัญญัติใด ๆ ของสัญญาฉบับนี้ที่เป็นหรือกลายป็นผิดกฎหมาย เป็นโมฆะหรือไม่สามารถบังคับใช้ได้ในเขตอำนาจศาลใด ๆ จะ (ตามเขตอำนาจศาลดังกล่าว) ไม่มีผลเฉพาะขอบเขตของบทบัญญัติดังกล่าว โดยไม่ทำให้บทบัญญัติอื่นใดของสัญญาฉบับนี้กลายเป็นโมฆะและการผิดกฎหมาย การเป็นโมฆะหรือการไม่สามารถบังคับใช้ได้ใด ๆ ดังกล่าวจะไม่ทำให้บทบัญญัติดังกล่าวกลายเป็นโมฆะในเขตอำนาจศาลอื่นใด
- การโอนสิทธิ: ยกเว้นตามขอบเขตที่ได้รับอนุญาตอย่างชัดเจนโดยบทบัญญัติอื่น ๆ ของสัญญาฉบับนี้ ท่านไม่สามารถโอนหรือย้ายสิทธิ ผลประโยชน์ หน้าที่หรือความรับผิดชอบต่าง ๆ ภายใต้สัญญาฉบับนี้
- การสละสิทธิ:เว้นแต่จะระบุไว้เป็นอย่างการที่คู่สัญญาฝ่ายหนึ่งฝ่ายใดไม่ใช้หรือใช้สิทธิ อำนาจหรือวิธีแก้ไขเยียวยาตามสัญญานี้ล่าช้า ไม่ถือว่าเป็นการสละสิทธิ อำนาจหรือวิธีแก้ไขเยียวยานั้น และการใช้สิทธิ อำนาจหรือวิธีแก้ไขเยียวยาคราวใดคราวหนึ่ง หรือบางส่วน ไม่เป็นการตัดสิทธิ อำนาจหรือวิธีแก้ไขเยียวยานั้น หรือสิทธิ อำนาจหรือวิธีแก้ไขเยียวยาอื่นใด การสละสิทธิของคู่สัญญาในกรณีมีการไม่ปฏิบัติตามสัญญานี้ครั้งหนึ่งครั้งใดไม่ถือว่าเป็นการสละสิทธิในกรณีมีการไม่ปฏิบัติตามสัญญาที่เกิดขึ้นในภายหลังด้วย
- ข้อตกลงทั้งหมด: สัญญาฉบับนี้เป็นข้อตกลงอันสมบูรณ์ระหว่างคู่สัญญาเกี่ยวกับการใช้บริการ และเป็นการ ยกเลิกเพิกถอนข้อตกลงอื่นใดระหว่างคู่สัญญาเกี่ยวกับเรื่องนี้ ไม่ว่าจะได้กระทำโดยวาจาหรือลาย ลักษณ์อักษรที่อาจกระทำกันขึ้นก่อนหน้านี้
